A Copersucar e o Instituto Crescer desenvolvem nas cidades paulistas de Santos, Ribeirão Preto e São José do Rio Preto o Programa Conecta, que oferece à população cursos gratuitos sobre Empreendedorismo. Em 22 de fevereiro, as primeiras turmas de 2021, formadas por 30 alunos em cada município, começaram a acompanhar as aulas, que desde o ano passado são realizadas on-line.
“Em 2020, por causa da pandemia de Covid-19, adaptamos para o formato virtual e ampliamos a faixa etária, que era de 18 a 25 anos, para 34 anos. Mas, para as turmas de 2021, e por tempo indeterminado, não há mais limite de idade, como forma de ajudar mais pessoas que perderam o emprego nessa crise”, conta o coordenador de Projetos do Instituto Crescer, Marcelo Ferraz.
O Conecta também disponibiliza um auxílio-internet, para recarga de celular, e fornece camiseta personalizada do programa, para que ninguém se preocupe com o visual durante as aulas. A Feira do Empreendedor, evento em que os alunos expõem e comercializam seus produtos e serviços, também ganhou versão on-line. Realizada pelo Instagram @conecta.copersucar, a última edição teve lives sobre diversos temas e os alunos sorteios de produtos dos alunos, como forma de divulgar os negócios e estimular a venda entre as cidades.
Outra novidade é o Prêmio Conecta Empreendedor, concedido a dois alunos por turma, com base na avaliação da participação e do desenvolvimento dos projetos. “O objetivo é valorizar a dedicação e os talentos e dar uma força para alavancar os negócios, estejam eles em processo embrionário ou já instalados”, explica Ferraz.
“O Conecta e o prêmio me ajudaram a recomeçar e a potencializar o negócio”, declara a proprietária do Empório de Angeli, Erika, uma das ganhadoras. “O programa muda, de verdade, a vida de muitas pessoas!”
Conforme o cronograma, os alunos devem completar as 240 horas de ensino em 5 de maio e aqueles que tiverem 85% de presença mínima receberão seus certificados de aprovação no evento de formatura, previsto para se realizar no dia 26 do mesmo mês, também de forma virtual.
Desenvolvimento cultural e econômico
Criado em gosto de 2015, no âmbito da Política de Sustentabilidade da Copersucar, o Programa Conecta promove diversas ações socioeducativas e ambientais, a fim de fomentar o desenvolvimento cultural e econômico nas comunidades onde a companhia atua.
Nesses cinco anos, mais de 31.800 pessoas foram beneficiadas pelos cursos de formação e qualificação profissional e pelos eventos, como as feiras de empreendedorismo, os fóruns em roda e cafés culturais, as oficinas esportivas e de arte e educação e peças de teatro, entre outras atividades.
